If you encounter a message alerting you that the username or password may be incorrect, please take the following steps:
- Check you have inserted your username and password correctly; make sure you particularly check the use of capital letters and signs, who may be on different physical locations on keyboards that are set to different languages.
- Click on “Forgot your Password?” Link in the log-in page. Insert your username and Email address in order to be sent a link that will allow you to reset your password. Then, try to log in again using the newly received credentials.
- If you forgot both username and password, please contact your admin/seller in order to retrieve your username. Then, you can follow the “password reset” process described above.
